I used to say “his nose” instead of “its nose” because we have male and female version for posessives in french.
Now i won’t make this mistake anymore

My, your, his, her, our, their and ITS are not adjectives; they are PRONOUNS.
There is a helpful book it is “title GRAMMAR“.

Actually, those words you mentioned ARE adjectives when you use them in sentences to modify nouns. Example: My book is here. “My” modifies the word “book”; therefore, it’s an adjective.
P.S. Your last sentence is a run-on. : )
You forgot to write “a” in front of “special teeddy bear” but you keep saying it.
