After ‘also’ is an incomplete sentence. (no verb)
well to start with your question has a spelling error :S
Those are two sentences. The stop separates them. The second one does not have a verb, and neither a subject.
try:
We take care of all the back-end and engineering work. We do also undertake customer service work.
But possibly that’s a bit of an overkill and you just need to simplify into a single sentence:
"We take care of all the back-end, engineering and customer service work"
or
"We take care of all the back-end and engineering, as well as customer service work"
Home it helps
There are two sentences, not one. The second sentence does not have a verb. Sentences should not begin with words: also, such as, and, or so. To make this sentence grammatically correct, you can change it to:
"We take care of all the backend, engineering work and customer service work".
ps. you also have a spelling error in the first part of your question – can you see it?
