Grammar error on my poster, should I panic?

I made a grammar error on my paper "Declawing is 10 separate amputations of the knuckles." It’s the only error but will it throw too many people off?

i fully understand, i did the same thing TWICE!!! in an interview, and in a card letter i wrote for my friend . i was making the birthday card real quick cause i bought the card a minute ago, that i didnt seem to correct it, cause i made it right there and then, cause i was afraid she will arrived in a minute… argh.. it was really embarrasing!!!! when she ask me about it, i had to keep saying my apology. i cant believe myself… i just cant! i been reading, speaking, and writing a story, etc.. and then all of a sudden… boomed!!!!!!! lol
