The sentence would follow a standard syntax if the word 'did' was moved to be in between the word 'He' and 'after'. He did after all interrupt her quiet night at the coffee shop. Edit: Using commas on either side of the words 'after all' would only foreground those words which I don't think is the intention since they are not significant aspects of the sentence.
